Doughnuts (chocolate or spice)

Yields 6.  Preheat oven to 450F.
In a bowl:
-3 large eggs
-1/4 cup H2O (If using Love My Buns with the best before date of Sept 26, 2019, November 30, 2019, or February 20, 2020 use HALF the recommended amount of water, use HOT water, and let the mixture sit for a couple of minutes to thicken up before adding the vinegar or acid; different sources of coconut flour have very different properties, apparently!)  
-3 TBS sugar or granulated sugar substitute
-2 TBS oil
-1/3 C Love My Buns baking mix
-2 TBS cocoa powder  OR 2 tsp cinnamon and a dash of ground clove
Whisk until combined and thickens up.
Spray your doughnut pan really well, add 1 TBS apple cider vinegar to batter and whisk, and divide into your pan.
Place in top third of your oven, drop temp to 400, bake 7 minutes, turn off and leave in oven another 5. Remove from pan and let cool before glazing.
GLAZE: in a double boiler over barely simmering water melt 2 oz unsweetened chocolate and 4 TBS sugar or granulated substitute and whisk occasionally until melted. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 of a stick of room temp butter and whisk until combined and glazey. Dip cooled doughnuts and enjoy!
