TUTORIAL FOR PIZZA CRUSTS (makes 2 personal sized):

Preheat oven to 350F.

You will need a 10″ x 15″sheet pan and parchment paper cut into 2 pieces about 10″ long.

In a medium bowl:

3 eggs

1 Tablespoon oil

1 Tablespoon vinegar or lemon/lime juice

3 Tablespoons water

WHISK to combine.

Add 6 level Tablespoons LoveMyBuns baking mix.

WHISK to combine.

SCRAPE onto parchment paper and spread evenly.  Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasonings if desired.

PLACE on the middle rack, and bake 10-12 minutes,or until bread is just turning slightly golden around the edges and springs back to the touch.  Let cool slightly and finish with your preferred toppings.  Bake at 400F until toppings are cooked to your liking (approx 7-10 minutes).

TUTORIAL FOR 16-SLICE BATCH

Preheat oven to 450F.

010Prepare 10″ x 15″sheet pan with parchment, hanging over on two sides. Spray lightly with oil.

Spray lightly with oil.

In a large bowl:

16 eggs

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup vinegar or lemon/lime juice

1 cup water

WHISK to combine.

Add scant 2 cups LoveMyBuns baking mix.

WHISK to combine.

SCRAPE into prepared cookie sheet and spread evenly.

PLACE in middle rack, lower temperature to 400F.

Bake 10-15 minutes,or until bread is firm and springs back to the touch.  Let cool before slicing.
